HOW DO INSURANCE COMPANIES EVALUATE CASES?

Ray Critchett April 13, 2014

Each insurance company is a bit different.  Some use software based factors to evaluate medical bills, lost wages and even pain and suffering.

Other are better and really try to evaluate cases based on their own merits while still comparing them to similar previous case settlements and jury verdicts.

The way Insurance Companies evaluate and litigate cases changes every year, you deserve to hire an attorney who can keep in front of those changes and not one who is stuck in the past.

Litigating these cases is not easy and the insurance carriers do not pay claims willingly, you need an attorney who can help you build your case and who can force the insurance carrier to be reasonable by providing you with an aggressive case strategy and by thinking outside of the box when necessary.

Call me, it won’t cost you anything to see if I can help.
