WHAT PERCENTAGE OF YOUR CASES GO TO COURT?

Ray Critchett April 14, 2014

Not every case goes to court and not every case filed in court will go to trial.  Statistics show that 95-97% of cases get resolved short of trial, most of them by way of settlement.

Settlement:

I would estimate that about 90% of my cases are settled without litigation as long as I am involved at the early stages of a case.  As long as I am involved early on, I can ensure that the case is investigated properly, fully documented and presented appropriately to the insurance carrier.  Most insurance carriers will respond appropriately and settle the case as long as they are fully investigated and documented.

Who are your primary Opponents?

I would say that I work primarily with insurance carriers, large corporations and occasionally government entities.  It is very seldom that I sue an individual who does not have some form of insurance.

Call me, it won’t cost you anything to see if I can help.
